I got to try out jet skiing in the golden bay, scuba diving, and even doing a little glass blowing!
Diving into st. Paul's catacombs in Rabat was interesting too. Little top touristy in some parts.
Malta: a forgotten cultural crossroad with a rich language and history infusing all into a beautiful tapestry and making it unique to other countries.
This island is jam packed with surprises for its size... Aside from the amazing sunsets, open faces cliffs, and stunning food!
Malta is known for crafting unique door knockers. Simplistic but eloquent in design. The streets are filled with these unique designs along with some interesting architectural aspects adding to Malta's flair.
From the portrait like environment, to the salt flats produced to the north of the island. Locals live off what they produce with clean and simple ingredients.
The azure window & turtle rock (depicted) demand a slowed down pace to appreciate its presence.

@morellifit Just to add: The geographical landscape favoring automobiles over people also plays a larger societal role, leading to reduced desirability to ambulate. In addition to parking lots taking spaces that may have open markets or third spaces, reducing socialization.
