Tier list on first glance at patch 2.41 #KOFXV, again, each tier kinda ordered by archetype.

Most low characters stayed in the dirt, most top ones were almost untouched, newcomers so unbalanced, a handful few mids went up... So sad KOF14 reboot points to end like this.

@KOFstudio_en I don't expect the devs to be pro nor even competitive players but, man! This patches just get more random each time, yet I don't pay X a dime so I can't go full details. Buffing top tiers, nerfing low ones... This "better than nothing" mindset could get #KOFXV ruined, no joke.

I don't know you, guys, but I rather play right now vs Isla/Benimaru/Yashiro-Ryo-Chizuru in KOFXV than play against Mr. Brokenrate, I mean, Mr. Karate in FF right now. What a big piece of crap character again, how could I not see it coming from you? SNK!

So this may my final tier list before the upcoming patch, so I'll keep it short, any character in this game can do something and the name of each tier is self explanatory, this time I didn't order them by archetype but by subjective perspective of their strength. Any suggestions?
