Since Twitter is a safe space for me, I would like to vent.
Today, I was in the gym, I was hitting Push.
There was this beautiful girl hitting legs next to me, she was about 6’2, blue eyes, and the most luscious blonde hair I had ever seen.
While I’m working out, I generally try to listen to things that inspire and motivate me. And that is generally edits of Ange Postecoglou.
Anyway, I couldn’t take my eyes off her. She was on back extensions, and I could tell it was likely to be her last exercise, so I positioned myself at a machine where she would walk past me on her exit.
My plan was executed flawlessly, she walked right past me, and I took out my AirPod, right as she walked past, we made eye contact and I said hi.
She said hi back, and I admitted to her, I thought she was absolutely beautiful, she appreciated the compliment, and asked me for my name, I froze, my eyes were locked onto her beautiful body.
I couldn’t move, or speak, and I started fiddling with my AirPod in my hand, and that triggered the sound to continue. The only thing I remember hearing was “I don’t usually win things, I always win things in my second year.”
It ignited a fire in me, it boosted my confidence back up, and I jumped up, off my machine, looked over her, and started telling her about how Ange should have never been sacked as Tottenham manager.
She agreed with everything I said, and genuinely understood, something I have never seen with the many females I have been out with.
We exchanged details, and I think I have met the perfect girl for me.
Any advice is appreciated. I can’t lose this one.
Thanks for everything, Manchester United Football Club.
Today ends one of the most beautiful stages of my career. I lived the dream of wearing the shirt of one of the biggest clubs in the world. Going through ups and downs, I leave with the conviction that I always gave my best during all training sessions and games.
It was five years of a true dream for me and my family. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity.
Forever a Red! ❤️
