Super proud to help get the Stem Cell Freedom Act across the finish line today, showing it's still possible to get good, nonpartisan legislation passed in America. Yet again, Wyoming leading the way.
@GarrettBeserra@TZiskBuffs Also, I think people put way too much stock into high school ratings in general. All a 5 star says is they’ll most likely be a very good college player. It’s far from a guarantee yet people act like it’s written in stone and if they bust the rating was fraudulent all along
This is …. And I don’t say this lightly…. The single greatest piece of writing I have ever seen in my life
The Japanese have discovered unlimited chips & salsa and it’s beautiful
@JonKrawczynski@coffeeandhoops@SiEOLave Health is so important in any championship run in any sport, I’d say like a 60% determinant no matter a team’s overall talent. You need a certain amount of luck with injuries to win a championship. Full stop.
One of our favorite sports trips was one that probably didn’t get a whole lot of clicks, but it was still one of the best.
In true “us” fashion, it was spontaneous. We drove out to Wichita to cover the first game of the 2024 TBT, where Team Colorado was playing. Our family has always loved Coach Rueb, Evan, and so many of the guys on that team, so getting to be there felt special from the start.
And we were literally the only media there covering the Colorado team.
We had the best time. They won that game, and it was so much fun being the only ones on the baseline and in the press conference. We kept it professional, of course. We didn’t cheer. But man, we were screaming on the inside.
Adam was sitting right behind the TV broadcast, quietly losing his mind every time they pronounced André Roberson’s name as “Robertson.” Every single time, he’d whisper under his breath: “Roberson.”
I always appreciated that Adam would cover things even when he knew they might not get the most clicks. He did it because he cared. Because he was passionate. Because the stories mattered to him, even when they weren’t the biggest headline.
Basketball was always his favorite sport, and trips like this are such a perfect reminder of the way he loved the work. Not for the attention or for the numbers.
It was for the people, the game, and the story.

So happy to see OKC go down man. I feel like that has to be some form of karma for SGA’s unethical play.
Also super excited to see a 99’ finals rematch between Spurs and Knicks. One of my earliest childhood sports memories was watching that series.
Heartbroken to hear about @adamcm777 passing. Adam was a legendary reporter. Never met him in person but feel like I lost a friend after listening to his voice multiple times a week since 2018 on the Buff Stampede podcast.
