When you think about it, it's quite frightening that a large part of one of our major Parliamentary committees answers to a foreign country.

Maccabi has a well justified reputation for viciously racist fans. The police sensibly decided that it would not be wise to let them run riot in Birmingham. Then a whole bunch of people spend months analysing the minutiae of the decision-making process.

@LoftusSteve It's roughly very different. There were more local schools and children typically travelled under their own steam, particularly for junior school. Children travelling to school by car were rare.
