@XfinitySupport will someone please assist me!!!!!!! I was told someone was coming Sunday- no show. Was “Guaranteed” today- someone actually canceled my ticket but two didn’t know who. Just got hung up on by manager after 1.5 hours- I have literally spent 8hrs on the phone. Help
