@DoughiSEO@olesovhcom It can happen to anyone. We been loyal clients to OVH for 6 years and after this accident we dont think want or have any thoughts about moving to other host services. Even after this accident we still get support and they solve our problems/try to.

where is the announcement for affected customers? We lost our server in SBG2 fire and we can not access our backup! We have already opened a ticket but the answers are totally off!
@ovh_support_fr Question. What if we dont want replacement server, because we already bought one? Should we create ticket and mention it? So that the credit will be transfered to new server? (also OVH)
