I'm not going to be posting here anymore (I'm seriously downsizing my social media for my own mental health), so if you want to keep up with my shenanigans, see pics of Oz and Pax, and find out what I'm editing, follow me in the blue place or insta.
@sarahhollowell I just finished listening to We Used to Live Here by Marcus Kliewer and while I wouldn't say it was super scary, it was very creepy and was a great audio production. The story drew me in immediately and kept my attention all the way through.
In case you missed it yesterday... This beauty will be available from Tenebrous in January. It's a super personal book for me that deals with pregnancy, anxiety, and the question of "what makes a good mother?"
For any @apexmag November authors awaiting emails from me: if your piece is posting before November 26, you'll be getting an email with your post date and link today. Otherwise, you should get your email just after mid-November! Can't wait for this issue to go live!!!
Just a reminder: @apexmag will close to submissions on December 1st and will not reopen until I am caught up on my queue. I'm incredibly behind and need a clean slate. So, if you have a story we *must* see before 2025, submit soon. Guidelines here: https://t.co/N13643wJjZ

✨ICYMI✨ "Halogen Sky" by @wnwagner
"If I had only learned to drive, or better yet, refused to visit my parents in their apocalyptic bunker, we’d be happily at home, cuddled on the couch in front of the Criterion collection."

Had a SUPER rough mental health day. I've been in bed since 7:30, under a quilt my mom made me, reading and giving myself the space I need to (hopefully) feel better tomorrow. So, just in case someone else needs to hear it, it's okay to take the space you need.
