@CarbonnierMatt @AllieJade1 You're absolutely right, Matt. My apologies for my presumptuous statement. It sounds like the miscommunication was on our end, which we work hard to prevent, and I can address that with the management team at our Monroe location.

@CarbonnierMatt @AllieJade1 We exchange calipers with our brake jobs to ensure the dirt and corrosion that build up over time do not damage the unidirectional piston seals. The rotor part was rogue, but we do replace calipers to ensure they function like new, and we can offer the best warranty in the biz.
