Is this the standard of customer service @airtelindia stands for? A refund promised in 45 days is still pending after 90+ days. Customers deserve answers and action—not endless delays and template replies.

Seven months ago, I tried to get a new scooter from @OlaElectric. Apparently, they're playing a game of "pass the parcel" with old vehicles, because I've been registered with a used one instead of my shiny new order! Talk about a joyride gone wrong.@bhash#ScooterGate
@bhash@OlaElectric It has been more than 6 months..I haven't received the delivery of my vehicle..I hv ordered s1 pro from ola official website but never received it's delivery.. Currently the issue is under consumer court..Never received any satisfactory response from ola.

@OlaElectric@bhash Our country's judicial system should be given to ola...bcz they investigate the root level.. since oct 2025 they are investigating the issue on a high priority level..

@OlaElectric@bhash and inka koi backend team nhi h...no support team..4 months se bs auto reply krte h..and literally inka koi team nhi h...I repeat plz don't place any order...
