@grounded_hippie @BBCBreaking Prior to September 2021 (so at the time of this murder) antique firearms were unlicensed. They now require licences.

Th UK is far from completely gun-free, they're just controlled and most Brits have never seen a handgun.

According to RM website: "Regular stamps without a barcode will no longer be valid after 31 July 2023"
