Parking lots are supposed to keep the light to a minimum, only on their property and off when not in use. No lights are needed if there is enough street light.

Call @AmerenCorp and request a shield to keep the light out of your home and the put a shield up.

These fixtures are 3000k= moonlight, while in #StLouisCity there's no easy way to make a shield request and the lights are at 4000k = daylight.
