And why only around 1-2 thousand vacancies are in line when there are 37-38k posts vacant there

Isn't it better to fill 25-30 percent of them on regular basis

The part which gets injected by needle (proboscis)
If immediately that mosquito injects that same needle like part in other person than too there is no chance of contamination ??
