@RickCur53131873 I left an employment recently due to the lack of concern by senior management and their staff. The job I am in now are amazing. They have a member of staff whos trained in mental health awareness and massively support my work and they genuinely care for all their employees

@RickCur53131873 I've sometimes thought "if only my attempt worked" but find it easier to talk to people now and share my problems which for me helps massively. I was never one for being open. Even after my attempt I denied it happened. Now I'm openly talking about it. You were saved for a reason

@RickCur53131873 When you look back it's frightening how quickly depression decides is the time. I think mine started about 8, 9 or maybe 10 months before. Not one person knew about it because I hid it so well and then all of a sudden I have a belt around me tied to a branch on a tree.

A recent survey was compiled by MIND on NHS Mental Health nurses.

The results were not good. The conditions that impact the nurses will also impact on the patients.

The @GOVUK need to wake up and do more.

Using AI as a sufferer of mental health is not a sure way to recovery.

It has its pros and cons but there is nothing better than one-to-one personal care, such as counselling.

If you use AI, please consider other options for help.
