*Todays topic* improvements in the squad? A full revamp or where do we need to strengthen?

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@vasco_landi Yip costs money right enough but the club could make this happen by renaming the section as the "singing section" buy your season ticket or match ticket in there if you want to contribute to the atmosphere. Then that way you have the numbers.

'Todays topic' Atmosphere at RP and how we improve it.
Me personally, I feel the fans got the team over the line due to the support last season - Who agrees if we had a little group of guys backing the team visually and vocally it would improve results?

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@Dj_mcneil99 @troonlegal The backing from the Killie support v Arbroath is the best I've seen at Rugby Park, when it looked like we might of blown it the support wheeled them on. It would be good to have this for every match at Rugby Park.

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@Dj_mcneil99 @troonlegal But if results aren't going our way and it's time for a manager to go the support will come together as it does every single time, Wright is an example. My point is If we didn't come together rest of the season under Derek we wouldn't of won that league.

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@Dj_mcneil99 @troonlegal I do believe constant backing of the team brings a good feel factor about every game, their is times at RP where it's constant people on the players backs, do you think this helps morale?

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@Dj_mcneil99 @troonlegal Motherwells support has been more positive because they have had an organised group since 2008 in the stands backing them vocally and visually. To be honest I don't remember Motherwell making the European Spots before their was a group in place.

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@troonlegal Motherwell are a similar sized club to us and fan base and they have now made European Football a good few times over the years, I believe the backing from the support every single game home and away helps this.

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@troonlegal To be fair I wouldn't be for the inflatable clappers but I would be for a proper organised singing section. The atmosphere at RP can be really negative sometimes and I feel it doesn't help the team whatsoever.

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@Ciaran_McD @THE_Presters Oh wow... A guy from Kilwinning supporting Celtic😂😂😂

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

Let's start with something very simple. With our return to the top flight, what position #KillieFans would you be satisfied with? When Derek first joined.. the first thing he said was about Killie in Europe, is it realistic we push for those European spots?

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@mylandasson We are now seeing these things at Motherwell, St Mirren and even smaller clubs than us like St Johnstone.

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@mylandasson Something that's never been done at rugby park before, when talking visually it doesn't always have to be a full stand display, even bringing some colour into the stands (flags, banners) the team see that, it physiologically gives them a boost.

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@clayslapkillie That's a fair point but if the board back Derek then I believe he'll do two years with us, if he can take us to Europe I would like to think he would want to give it a go.

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

I feel theirs a great platform for a group to operate within rugby park, we have a safe standing area and a decent sized song book, I'm pretty surprised we still don't have a group to be honest.

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@paska29 Hey Manuel,
Check your direct message😁

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@gog_bell I genuinely believe we'll be safe from relegation only because of our current manager.

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

@RossFootball @troonlegal Definitely but under Derek I really couldn't see us being relegated now. I believe we are in for some exciting times as #KillieFans over the next few years. Derek has loads of ambition and he's really connected with the support. He really wants this for us.

[Lets Talk Killie🏆 @LetsTalkKillie]

So it seems 7th-8th is the expectation from the #KillieFans. As said previously, I believe this would go down as a good season and then have focus on the following season to challenge for the European spots.
