Complete lockdown for 15 days in cities with more than 1000 cases a day. It will lower the peak while oxygen issues are resolved and bed capacities come in. But gov won’t do because of elections.

@ashoswai @IndianExpress I am not sure, if u are really a professor, but any learned epidemic expert will tell u that not all 1.3b people need to get tested, only those with symptoms/ close contacts of positive patient. Fact - 16k tests done yesterday, 0.2% positive, which shows we are doing enough tests
