Sorry to share another disappointing experience. It’s been less than 5 months since Hoka replaced my shoes under warranty, but the replacement pair has torn again in exactly the same spot and in the same way. This seems like a quality issue rather than normal wear and tear.@hoka

I am following up again here. I still have received any compensation for my delayed flight after 2 months (because I am brown ) and everyone else on the same flight already got there refund weeks before. @AmericanAir this is racial discrimination.
