I got a box of Valentine’s cards & stickers for $1 for my 2 yr old, and there’s parents out here making custom wooden coasters for theirs. Honestly respect the commitment, just so glad I’m at that stage of motherhood where this doesn’t make me feel like I didn’t do enough.

I often hear that your kids are watching the way their parents treat each other even if it doesn’t seem like they are. I had an intense headache today and my oldest daughter said, “Why don’t you go lay down and I’ll take care of the kids?” Larry says those words to me a lot 😭

When imagining my life as a mom, my parenting bingo card did not have “Disguising a turkey for my 2 year old daughter’s preschool homework” on it. It took so much longer than I’d like to admit 😅
