Have you ever wondered how valuable metals like aluminium and copper are recovered during recycling?
At the Levenseat Container Materials Recycling Facility (CMRF), the eddy current separator plays a key role in this process.
At Levenseat, every item that passes through our Container Materials Recycling Facility is another step towards keeping valuable materials in use.
Using advanced sorting technology, we're able to separate mixed recycling into high-quality materials ready for their next life.
Every can recycled helps keep valuable resources in circulation and supports a more sustainable future. Itโs another great example of the circular economy in action.
That aluminium can youโve just recycled could be back on the shelf sooner than you think.
What might look like waste is actually the start of something new.
Every aluminium can processed through our facility can be recycled time and time again without losing quality.
Through the recycling process, it could become:
โข another drink can
โข components for bikes, cars, and other products
โข construction materials
Unlike many materials, aluminium can be recycled again and again, making it one of the most valuable materials in the process.
A special mention goes to our installer, Jock Calder, whose skill, professionalism, and attention to detail ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
