It was a tough loss in Boulder today. I appreciated Coach Frost's response to questions after the game. He didn't misdirect or deflect. He took responsibility and gave each question a thoughtful response. When a leader has integrity it allows everyone to learn and move forward.

For the first time in our 120-year history, we’re proud to announce the birth of an endangered rhino calf. The calf, an Indian rhino believed to be a male, was born on Friday, August 30, to first-time mom, Hellary.

Morning check. Fall calves will be coming any day now. This is our first year of embryo transfer calves coming since moving the herd to Nebraska. #peaceful

I got this picture in text at 7:30am. To see these student-athletes bonding with each other before school is a pretty cool way to this coaches day. #strongaloneunstoppabletogether

“Big Sister” and SR OH @CydneyHoskins having breakfast with her “Little Sisters” FR OH @BienhoffKeitan and SO OH/S Maylee Kamery this morning. We love our Big Sister/Little Sister bonds that are created throughout, not only the season, but the school year. @MindenWhippets

Uncoachable vs. Coachable:

Uncoachable players:
-Take it personally
-Feel they’re being singled out
-Become very defensive

Coachable players:
-Open to feedback/criticism
-Want to be coached
-See it as a way to get better
