When underslept, you may feel more productive or focused in the moment, but your ability to accurately judge the quality and effectiveness of your work is usually worse.
@zkBaraka@jeffreyboadi_ You know who's a terrible judge of "feeling great" ? ... A person who actually slept like shit. That's why performance based on sleep can be objectively measured
That said at home sleep devices are not THAT accurate on a day to day but much more useful for trends
