I'm so annoyed.

I placed an order on the Pokémon Centre UK website with a promo code that I received from the TGC promo event for a free Sitting Pikachu plush. Upon checking out, I had to approve the payment in my app but accidentally clicked away which interrupted the system.

When I refreshed the page, the code disappeared and I was no longer able to use the code to get my free plush, even though I had not finished processing my basket.

Customer service said that they cannot change my order nor add the free Sitting Pikachu into the order.

I'm sad because I waited 1.5 hours in the cold to get that code lol.

Is there any way for me to get my free Sitting Pikachu please? 🥹
