In our review, we focused on articles from the past 20 years that used conceptualisations of RV (without necessarily calling it such) in coastal and marine ecosystems of the Global South. We ended up with many lessons for future empirical research @SESLeuphana @leuphana
#pacpath is focussing on #transdisciplinary processes focussed around marine heatwaves, sea level rise, coastal erosion, ocean deoxygenation and acidification. We will also use the #leveragepoints perspective and focus on #oceanequity w/ @justonecarew @ElisabethHoll17 et al.
The #leveragepoints perspective also includes the new approach for "chains of leverage". These are sequences of how systemic changes flow on from one another and highlight mismatches or inadequacies of interventions at different levels of systemic depth https://t.co/4RsA76HDiL
The #leveragepoints perspective can assist in combining different scientific paradigms & methods with the aim to foster #sustainabilitytransformation by combining the paradigms and methods of normal and post-normal science https://t.co/fkHGFlxSpM
Operationalising the #leveragepoints perspective (new in COSUST): to combine (i) plural ways of knowing & divergent paradigms, (ii) methods, (iii) interactions between #leveragepoints, and (iv) recognise power imbalances to reach shared visions.

Today we had our official Kick-Off to start our @PECS_Project WG "#OceanEquity for #SustainableFutures". We are incredibly grateful to be part of PECS and start our creative collaboration. Here is a look of who we are, and what we are planning to do:
How can we enhance ocean equity to ensure an equitable distribution of benefits & resources? The new #PECSWorkingGroup on ocean equity aims to provide key evidence to this question. Get to know the group under the lead of @MarajaRiechers & @SebVillasante: https://t.co/ME7CNGJ8BF
Interested in systems change not #climatechange and not #biodiversity loss? Then we have the reading for you! 13 articles and 1 editorial in our Sustainability Science special issue on #LeveragePoints for #systems transformation. https://t.co/LAPX6lkDNx

Deadline for abstract submission for our session on leverage point for sustainability transformation in #landscapes and #seascapes is approaching. With the great @KJRaatikainen and @g_cortesca! #ECRs very welcome. Enroll here: https://t.co/uqHwEaA1qd @LevPoints4Sust @SESLeuphana
🙋🏾Hello world! We are @EqualSeaLab. A team of researchers from @cretus_usc@UniversidadeUSC, focused on marine sustainability and fisheries management. We will be working for the next years to address inequalities linked to the oceans 🙂
Our 42-author #OA "sequel" on "co-productive agility" is out in @GEC_Journal! We explore how to navigate tensions & power to enable sustainability transformations https://t.co/OZQi0peaz2
So grateful to my wonderful co-authors & all I learned from them♥️
My 1st 🎵 abstract +🧵👇
The cover features a traditional farming landscape in Transylvania, Romania. From the paper by @MarajaRiechers and @BalazsiAgnes on "Understanding relational values in cultural landscapes in Romania and Germany" https://t.co/C1B5xhR8e6
.@MarajaRiechers & @BalazsiAgnes analysed relational, intrinsic & instrumental values across landscapes. They found #relationalvalues, related to attitudes towards env. conservation & use of nature products increased with land use intensity https://t.co/VtjInWwUdL
NEW PAPER out in @naturesustainab w/ #OpenAccess for 30 days!!!
We identify six modes to co-produce knowledge, action & change for sustainability + their unique benefits & risks! 👉 https://t.co/BC36J8HevP
Deeply thankful to the inspiring team of 42 behind this work!!! THREAD👇
