💙/I think people are forgetting that some artists are different than others when it comes to working on commissions how they work and what their going through wise-

For example to talk about me as an artist..i had a kid last year, i have mental and physical problems that can sometimes affect my speed on working on commissions even before i had a kid, i have a life outside of beijg online and doing art 24/7 doing adult shit, i always clean my sketches to be clear and seen properly to be sent out for any add ons or fixes i never send any messy sketches that bugs me personally lol, i ALWAYS update my clients and my to do list, i do NOT work in order on commissions i work on what i wanna work on but i work on mutiple pieces anyways so- lol, i would never ghost or forget my clients just because you havent seen an update for awhile does not mean i forgot about you or didnt start on your comms, i communicate always with my clients even if its short talk, my TOS did state the issues i had and how long a comm could possibly take..i wont let one go out more than a year if things changes then yes i would refund.

Every artist is different how they work and what they go through you really cannot expect for all to work the same speed and be the same. If you have trust issues with artists thinking one is gonna ghost you or do something then i would probably suggest dont commission me if your going to use that card on me cause i myself have been through those sisuations being scammed and so on.

To ease my clients minds and hopefully helps once payment is recieved i start sketching immediately. Im sorry i dont have the omega speed like i use to before my physical/mental got worse and now having a kid. So please rest assured i am working on commissions and have not forgotten about anyone. Its ok to ask every once and awhile for progress thats a different story but i had people ask constantly or asked after its been a few days not giving me a chance using that 'im excited for your art or to see you draw' like i get it but theres a difference between asking and looking inpatient as hell and i had a couple of people do that already so please bare with me this is towards everyone and anyone who commissioned or WANTS to commission me. Im just throwing this to hopefully help ease those minds and hope some will understand how i work im not mad or anything but i do have to respectfully speak out and to clear some things.
