A large proportion of the reviews originated from the migrations we have had to proceed with this year and granted, the difficulty some users had from these. Particularly our short time on OneTrader which saw a big increase in negative reviews - which for the record I don’t blame users for that - the platform had its flaws which is why we worked relentlessly to be back on MT5 with our own Optimal licensing quicker than I’ve seen any other firm personally.

Another area of poor reviews come from delays which again, I fully respect and understand and I’d imagine most of those, along with many other users have already been paid.

I’ll never hide from the fact we’ve had our flaws and issues, and we’ve remained transparent with our community throughout it. My focus is on bringing optimal back to the incredible position it was once in, and week by week that gets closer, payouts get faster, traders get happier.
