Especially interested in stories from people who moved to Dubai, Bali, Switzerland, Germany, Mexico City, Thailand or the US.
Did you view the place yourself, send someone, trust the agent, or rent without seeing it?
Question for anyone who has moved abroad, relocated for work, or rented in another city:
What was the hardest part?
Finding good listings
Knowing if the listing was real
Not being able to view it in person
Preparing the application
Understanding the local rental process
I’m researching a problem around remote renting, fake listings and stressful relocations.
Would you pay for a trusted local person to check/view a place before you travel or send money?
And on the other side: would you take paid local viewing jobs in your city if someone needed help from abroad?
Curious to hear real experiences from expats, digital nomads, students, freelancers and anyone who has dealt with this before.

@trq212 Is this normal in the CLI?
I wrote one single sentence asking it to restore the current development context so we could continue working, and that already used 11%. It didn’t even need to think long and it pulled the context back in about 5 seconds because we had already worked on it the day before.
That doesn’t feel normal to me. Am I doing something wrong? Any idea what I should change or optimize?
@AlexFinn@AlexFinn what is the best set up to work with, Claude, Cursor, Codex or all 3 combined? If all 3 combined, how would I combine them together to get the best results?

Hey @QubexExchange Community! Thanks to your feedback, we’ve decided to integrate Qx functionalities into Qubex. This took a bit longer than expected, as we needed to clarify some details with various parties. After thorough discussions with the ecosystem and core teams, we’re finally moving forward with Qx integration. 🚀
We’re developing a dedicated Qubex smart contract to house the core components and directly interface with the Qx smart contract. Our next step is to implement the swap logic alongside Qx. The rest of the roadmap remains as outlined in our proposal.
Thank you for your patience and support—we’re excited about the new features Qx integration will unlock! Stay tuned for more updates and keep being an amazing part of the Qubex / Qubic Community. #Qubic #Qubex
