❌Pyuria/Leuk esterase +
❌Nitrites
���Bacteria on microscopy
❌Growth of bacteria on cultures

Things I do care about:
✅SYMPTOMS

Consider a point prevalence analysis at your hospital to see how much time could be saved if 10% of courses were changed to PO!

With the latest CLSI breakpoints, tobramycin is the only reliable aminoglycoside for Pseudomonas if you ever need one (Susceptible: MIC ≤1)

Amikacin: can still be used for UTI (Susceptible: MIC ≤ 16)
