Most quest platforms are optimizing for 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 not 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲.

That is the uncomfortable part of Web3 quests.

Getting users to complete another task, connect another wallet or post another tweet does not automatically create a meaningful ecosystem.

In many cases, it creates people who learn how to farm the system rather than understand the product.

This is where I think Action Model is challenging the old playbook.

If AI can turn user intent into measurable actions and make those actions useful to projects, then quest platforms may need to rethink what they are really rewarding.

𝗠𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲

The future of quests should not be about who can complete the most 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀.
It should be about who can create the most meaningful 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀.

And that could change how Web3 projects think about community participation entirely.

Here is a take some people in Web3 will probably disagree with.
AI will make a lot of quest platforms look outdated.

Not because quests are useless but because the traditional model depends heavily on humans manually discovering tasks, completing instructions and proving they did them.

AI changes the equation.

When intelligent agents can understand objectives, execute actions and interact with digital environments, the definition of participation starts to change.

That raises a bigger question for Action Model

If machines can perform tasks better and faster than humans, should quest platforms continue measuring human activity as their main metric?

I think the industry eventually moves toward measuring outcomes instead.

The interesting battle will not be AI versus humans.

It will be between platforms that understand what meaningful contribution looks like and platforms that keep counting clicks.
