@JHenderson Thanks, Skipper! Won everything with the Reds, comfortably inside the top 20 LFC appearance makers. Only Hughes & Souness won more major trophies as captain and the only LFC captain to play in 3 EC finals. That's not bad for a kid from Sunderland. LFC legendary status secure.

@LFCHistoryShow Definitely one of LFC's most unlucky players. Not just with injuries but played & was on the losing side in 5 Cup finals & was injured for the victorious 86 & 89 Cup wins. However, he was on the bench for the 84 EC final, so he'll have a winners medal to go with his 3 title gongs

@Djmc76 Should of signed him 10 years earlier. With 112 substitute appearances he's now LFC's most used sub, which underlines the trust that Jurgen Klopp has in him to get the job done. Great pro and already a bona-fide club legend.
