Do not purchase any @Dyson vacuum as they don’t stand behind their products. Their answer to my failed machine is to purchase a $100 battery that they don’t even have in stock. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. @AskDyson #dyson

Just had awful customer service from a @FedEx “resolution specialist.” Over-billing customers must be your new way to make money. Your rep gave incorrect information and you won’t correct a mistake. Looks like I’ll be switching shipping companies. @FedExHelp @fedex
