@TheSaltyKing47 Damn ok. I thought it was every 90 days you start over like the first time you ever turn the game on, doing the same starter missions over and over again. I see all your factions stay unlocked too. Thats not all that bad in that case.

@TheSaltyKing47 Ahh ok I just saw the Dev article. Didn’t know they were adding PVE. I guess I can kind of see your point about going all in the last week/few days. A bunch of fully kitted teams battling for the last hurrah. I’m going to give the 1st reset a go and see how it goes.

@TheSaltyKing47 Who said anything about a PVE mode? I love the PVP in this game. That’s part of what makes it so good! The tension for a random battle to pop up at any given moment is top tier. I just want to keep some of the cool sh*t I earned. That’s all.

@TheSaltyKing47 Again another valid point but I personally didn’t know about the wipes until later. I never intended on playing Marathon when I first saw it but after playing the SS I saw the beauty in it and now love it. Is it wrong that I’d like to at least keep something I worked for?

@TheSaltyKing47 Like I said I’m not totally disagreeing with your point but just go play Arc isn’t the answer either. What does it hurt though to put their heads together and come up with a way that meets in the middle for everyone who likes the game not just hardcore grinders.

@TheSaltyKing47 I actually prefer Marathon over Arc by a long shot, but at least Arc gives players an option. There’s a bonus if you do but if you don’t it’s still fine. Your opinion is valid as well I’m just speaking for those who don’t have the time to keep regrinding the same gear.

@TheSaltyKing47 1st let me be clear. I love the game. I’m not saying I have the answer either but there has to be some sort of compromise. I’m not knocking anyone who wants the reset but there are players who don’t have the time to regrind every 90 days.

@richDRAGOponte @MarathonTheGame @Sony There has to be a better way than a full reset. I don’t know what it is but a full reset ain’t it!! I love this game but I don’t have time to redo this sh*t every 90 days and even if I did I wouldn’t want to. 😒
