No, that’s not how an ellipsis works. It is used when whatever would come after it is obviously understood from the previous sentence. For example "We all know @Poptartpost only has air between her ears. She tried to use an ellipsis at the end of a standalone statement, and, well, we all know how that went ..."

Frankly, I don’t give a shit what caused people to freak out about Flock. I’m glad people are cutting them down and freaking out about surveillance. I freaked out about Prism as well 15 years ago and no one listened (probably because Obama was President). Now they’re paying attention and that’s a good thing.
