Not sure you’re clear on that point. If a person doesn’t have a vax pass they can’t get on a boat/plane and that means they can’t leave Canada.

If a country doesn’t have restrictions to entry, or a person with natural immunity meets the criteria, Canada should have no right to force them to stay. We aren’t talking about coming back. We’re talking about the right to leave.

If no other childhood disease existed, covid would still not be a serious risk to children overall. Broken bones cause more trips to hospital—they just don’t require admittance.
