Wouldn't you want to think about the people who literally were court ordered to be considered counted among those you seek? That's as much public validation as I can think...

@dupaleepa @IvanBchavez @wolfibey @elonmusk I agree with aligning certain key age requirements, such as military, drinking, etc. I would just add please don't forget the vulnerable, I think if a court grants emancipation they have proven to society that they are an adult. This should be an exception.

@IvanBchavez @dupaleepa @wolfibey @elonmusk Please remind yourself that not all parents have their children's best interest at heart. I graduated early at 16, certain states emancipate you when that happens others don't. Mine didn't and my parent refused, so I was fucked despite being independent

@mandarangkaal @elonmusk This proposal is flawed in many ways, many of which have already been pointed out.

The one I'll mention is: Your proposal does nothing to limit the wealth of corporations. That wealth can usually be leveraged by the rich even if it doesn't appear as individual income on paper.
