@RogersHelps I've been trying for several weeks to cancel a wireless line. I wait for hours on live chat then get disconnected. I tried to just go to a store but they said I had to go through the website since that's how I started the service. Please help. So frustrated.
@AirCanada Trying to book flights YYZ to LHR in March. Shows lots of availability but when I select “book with Aeroplane points” it says no flights available. Have tried with different dates and number of passengers. Is this a system error?
@hudsonsbay Bought a HBC sheet set today the fitted sheet is the wrong size. Bought king set; flat sheet and pillowcases are def for a king. But the corners for the fitted sheet are clearly meant for a queen size. Hope this can be resolved without having to go back to the mall!

You must be able to see purchased content has not been accessed / downloaded. Why not refund what is surely a PALTRY amount relative to your profit margins, but could be significant to a customer? (Oh & I have screen shots.) /fin
@WalmartCanada Posting here after an excruciating experience with phone customer service. In summary: tracking an order that stopped progressing, used livechat help, was told order was "stalled". Options were to refuse delivery or I could **100% return**. /1
But I already bought a replacement. Cust service repeatedly interrupts to say "final sale" without any regard for the fact I had been completely misled by online cust service. Told to "take it up with credit card company". No sympathy despite errors in Walmart's info to me. /3
