@abbdesmond Some people are too concerned about other peoples lives and not their own. Maybe it’s a distraction or maybe it’s jealousy. My Dad used to say “as long as you’re not hurting anyone, you do what makes you happy”.
@MoorOfALife Interested how this will play out as the majority of Dartmoor is owned by the Duchy of Cornwall. Surely they will give permission for wild camping to continue on their estate?
@AnotherRuth@campbellclaret That’s not what he is implying. He is implying that a Labour government would have been investigated further and probably held accountable.
@domjoly Losing a parent at any age is still losing a parent. Grief is a bastard, I lost my Dad near 3 years ago and still now I get sucker punched unexpectedly by it. Hold on to those good memories, much love Dom.
@shitscaredmum PART 2. I am@m not sure what I can offer, but please do let me know if there is anything I can help with to make your early Christmas that extra special. I not going to compare or tell you how you feel, just know I am always happy to listen.
@shitscaredmum I don’t know you or your family but this just popped up on my feed. I have spent the last 2.5years advocating for mental health and bereavement peer to peer support after losing my Dad suddenly to Covid. My heart sank when I read your post and wish I could do more to help.
Flattered to had been a finalist at the #makeadifferenceawards what an amazing afternoon with lots of amazing people. Thank you @BBCDevon you helped @AloneCovid be where it is today.
@Mark_BeerArt@zarahsultana Try working in a hospital with huge numbers of staff off, huge numbers of covid patients all the time delaying outpatients appointments and planned surgery’s. It’s not the people with covid we are now trying to save, it’s the people who need life saving treatment that it affects.
