My dad got a bad flu at Christmas time and was twice admitted to the Lourdes hospital in drogheda. He was informed by 2 doctors he had post viral chronic fatigue syndrome and it attacked his mental health ,almost , so to the point of suicide. Chronic fatigue syndrome is a

@ArmaghIvan @CarrollJennifer So so bad Ivan. The man went from being full of energy to having none. He got admitted to a psychiatric hospital but I don’t think they were too worried about chronic fatigue syndrome which was where the problem started. The Lourdes must be the worst hospital in the country

So to get a phone call nearly 5 months later after months of torture telling him that and the microbiologist said he needs the treatment as it can cause stomach cancer if not treated. Our government is a joke , our health system is broken. How can that happen ? @CarrollJennifer

January? He told them yes and they informed him that he has a bacterial infection called Helicobacter plyori and his records got sent to the wrong area in the hospital. Now I don’t know much about it but I know my dad has other issues and would be considered a high risk patient.

@welfare_ie I can’t believe this. I’m an Irish citizen and working part time. I asked for a supplementary payment for a family crisis and they gave me 28 euro 🤣🤣🤣🤣 this is in the @welfare_ie intreo centre in Dundalk. 1 million on their animals while my neighbour goes 1/2

Stated thats not an emergency and give me 28 euro. The community welfare officer was horrible. I remember him from my time working in men’s retail. Very rude and arrogant. Dundalk office this is in. Get rid of all these foreigners and look after the Irish people. Scumbags

Bare in mind, when Irish people are seeking money (from CWOs) for repairs for such things like a shower needing to be fixed, they are being told that a shower is a luxury, not a necessity.
