Utterly objectionable though this is it’s clearly intentional - Reform knew the reaction it would generate and purposefully sought that reaction (and the reach they’d achieve off the back of it).
Not a reflexive BBC basher (I’m a huge fan) but leading with ‘Royal Family watches planes’ on a day when tens, maybe hundreds of thousands of people march peacefully to reject the few hundred who rioted last week - and got the headlines - is editorially appalling.
For a brand normally so on point when it comes to customer engagement it’s weird that I’ve heard so little from @monzo about this Monzo Slots scam that’s appearing everywhere….
@EamonnGaines@holysmoke I wasn’t questioning the scriptural justification for the hissy fit, I was laughing at the notion of a supreme being having one.
Are you seriously suggesting God is like some petulant, spoiled kid on their birthday who refuses to speak unless everyone else is forced to be quiet? Insecure much.
More than a little worrying that a person who aspires to be PM thinks it’s entirely OK to publish a list of people who have “potentially” committed war crimes. One wonders if the fact they’re Jewish makes ‘potentially’ OK?
@WestminsterWAG It's not a list of British Jews, though.
It's a list of people who have potentially committed war crimes.
Nothing to do with those of who are Jewish!
Latest organisation who thinks it’s perfectly acceptable to email me but doesn’t provide an option to respond via email - @tescobankhelp this isn’t even customer service, it’s basic manners.
@CheekyWeeBism Again, I don’t need to evidence anything, I’m not making any claims. You are. And as for your “everyone has a place” remark, we see you, we get the code and yes, we judge you accordingly.
This is most women I know just laugh at & pity the weird obsessive gender critical cult - they’re literally accepting that spaces are single-sex but the signage isn’t sufficient….🤷 Maybe the font could be more feminine too… 🤦♂️
@LiamMurray@Charles70390207 No. It hasn't. They've had "mens" above one door and "ladies" above the other. They've usually been in the relevant department of the shop too.
Apparently this video isn’t enough evidence to convict the guy in blue for assaulting all three police officers
Yet Lucy Connolly got two years in prison for an off colour tweet - prosecutions Keir Starmer encouraged
Labour’s two tier justice system has to end
@CheekyWeeBism I ain’t trying to exclude people or having a fit about changing room signs. You’re the one demanding change, it’s on you to substantiate your claim. Not holding my breath.
@CheekyWeeBism Im losing patience because you’ve given me one piece of evidence and misrepresented it. If your case had merit you’d have dozens at your fingertips.
@CheekyWeeBism It doesn’t because it’s not a correlated or controlled study and it didn’t look at the impact of gender identity. I’m losing patience and suspect this one FOI is all you have which is rather making my point for me.
@CheekyWeeBism No need because a ‘man in a dress convicted of SA’ says as much about transpeople as ‘Nigerian’s convicted of assault’ says about Nigerian people - ie nothing. Never takes long when debating this topic to be reminded of their sheer blind bigotry of some people. Shame on you.
@CheekyWeeBism As you’ll know there’s zero statistical evidence - from here or anywhere else globally that’s addressed this issue - that trans inclusion leads to that outcome. If you have peer-reviewed data to the contrary I’d love to see it.
@CheekyWeeBism Absolutely, in both cases. I’m not saying protecting women’s rights is ridiculous - it’s not & I support it 100% - I’m saying demanding that even outside a locked door there must be an exclusion zone based on genitalia is ridiculous, that’s nothing to do with women’s rights.
