We are awaiting confirmation of Martin O’Neill’s backroom staff. There is nobody overseeing recruitment, key players are set to leave and we face the biggest rebuild in years.
Two months ago, Brian Wilson confirmed the Club were on the verge of appointing a new Head of Fan Engagement. There has been no further update.
Any new fan engagement model is worthless without consultation with supporters.
When will Celtic speak to fans about their plans?
In a pre-recorded interview shown at Celtic plc’s AGM in November, Michael Nicholson committed to acting on the feedback provided by supporters through the Fans Survey - completed more than two years ago.
Good luck to our Bhoys, Kieran Tierney and Anthony Ralston, and all of the @ScotlandNT squad as they begin their @FIFAWorldCup campaign against Haiti tonight 💚🏴
In case its lost on how shitey this club is run, we have;
-Sold a player for 1.5m
-Released 2 players - one a year early
-Hired a manager
And the club has communicated none of that to its fans. The absolute contempt is off the scale.
Martin O'Neill will STAY on as Celtic manager after agreeing terms on a new deal with the club.
He will sign a one-year contract, with the option of a further 12 months.
