@jburnmurdoch @wellsrebecca So awful wicked & wrong and factually incorrect. Food environment is key structural issue. A lack of any hard public policies, unregulated junk food advertising, poor planning regs, concentration in manufacturing & retail, Oh & growing inequality.

@catlilycooks @sartorialfoodie Really complex...Must depend on the efficiency of the pressure cooker to get up to and stay at temp. Then cost of heat source if hob. Electric pressure cooker may be better insulated but then how is efficient is the heating up phase compared to hob based?
