@IrishRail you have got to be kidding me! There’s no point in the 17.10 to Westport being available to commuters to Newbridge and Kildare. Pretty much 90% of seats are prebooked. Scandalous. Commuters paying €250 p/m for SFA!! #livid

@IrishRail and yet again the 17.35 to Waterford is littered with vacant “prebooked”seats and commuters standing out of courtesy. I can see no reason for using one carriage for bookings. I hope you get €2.5k p/a from each pre-booker #haventanotion

@IrishRail could I suggest that if you’re taking online bookings that you assign one carriage to those bookings so that those of us who travel every day know to avoid that carriage. Us good commutes are not occupying rebooked seats but neither are those who booked them #shambles

@IrishRail I’d love to be in a business where I could charge for a seat and then only offer standing room at the same price. Currently standing between carriages on the 17.35 to Waterford with 21 others. Treatment of commuters paying through the nose utterly scandalous
