@UberUKsupport @McDonaldsUK This is a really poor customer experience. The team at Uber don’t have the option to send replacement food - and are only empowered to offer that £2.73 refund which means I paid £6.26 plus delivery and tip for large fries and drink. Really disappointing

Hi @McDonaldsUK . I ordered a delivery of a double quarter pounder with cheese meal for £8.99 plus delivery and tip. Only fries and drink delivered. @ubereats_uk would not send a replacement - only a refund of £2.73. Out of pocket now and very hungry 😭

For the record I'm Keynsian so don't agree with what happened but to presume that Labour weren't going to do the same thing....
