Back in this space to share some exciting news - the @NLRB issued its order from our #unitclarification hearing in November and WE WON! 🥳 The Board found that BOTH of the positions management contested are part of the bargaining unit. ✊

@NLRB @PacMediaGuild @liberation_gen LibGen is restructuring to meet the demands of this new moment and continue to deepen what it can offer to partners. 🚨 UPDATE: Nearly three months after the @NLRB certified our union, we’re gearing up again to meet with the NLRB this Thursday, 11/2 at 9am PT / 12pm ET for our unit clarification hearing to settle the inclusion of two of our comrades who we believe should be a part of our union.

Instead of going to the NLRB to adjudicate another matter, we wished @liberation_gen management would have wanted to bargain with us directly over unit inclusions. Nonetheless, we look forward to supporting our comrades at the hearing as we get clarity on who can be in our union!
