Far-right Israeli minister Itamar Ben-Gvir humiliated Palestinian women detainees during a visit to their cells at Damon prison, mocking their complaints over harsh detention conditions and boasting that he was responsible for reducing their conditions to the “bare minimum.”

The footage, released by Ben-Gvir himself, shows Palestinian women describing severe conditions, including being deprived of regular showers, medical care and basic personal necessities.

Ben-Gvir publicly celebrated the restrictions imposed on the detainees, turning their suffering and humiliation into an election campaign built on their abuse.
