Even while you're in another app, a button opens a radial menu. Two taps to anything, including your recent apps.

Use the main screen while the phone is closed. I add Main Screen Mirroring to home, tap it, and control the main screen from the cover. Opening the phone ends the session. Mirroring is experimental and requires Premium; an OS update could break it.
