***MISSING*** GREENSBURG, PA
The City of Greensburg Police Department is attempting to locate 36-year-old Ruben Carranza. Ruben was last seen in Greensburg, PA, on July 28th, 2025. Ruben was last seen in a 2002 Toyota Avalon with PA license plate HSG 7080. He borrowed the car on the 28th and hasn't been seen or heard from since. Last phone use according to the phone log was Tuesday, July 29th, just after midnight. No social media use since then either. Ruben has gauged earrings and tattoos on his forearms, hands, and thigh. His family is concerned for his safety and well-being. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, contact the Greensburg Police Department at 724-834-3800 or 724-838-4322.
