Pakistan and the LNA have reportedly agreed a $4.6bn arms deal despite the UNSEC arms embargo on Libya.

I mean, Haftar no longer seems to have a problem with the deal. He now has business ties with the Turks, including arms deals, military cooperation and construction contracts, among other things, and they have already expressed a willingness to accept that maritime agreement.
Speaker of #Libya’s House of Representatives Aqaila Saleh, a politician influenced by the Egyptian regime, said he will not accept the 2019 Libya-Turkey maritime agreement and called for new negotiations with #Cairo, #Athens, and #Ankara “to ensure a balanced demarcation.”
In an interview with Libyan News Agency, he said the 2019 agreement was signed by “the illegitimate” government of Fayez Sarraj and “what is built on falsehood remains false.”
He added that he is not opposed to any agreements with Turkey, but this maritime agreement can only be reached after defining the demarcation of Libyan borders and ensuring they are not violated by any neighbouring countries.

How did the UAE supply the RSF & sustain its war effort in Sudan for 2+ years? What dictated the reliance on Amdjarass, Kufra or other nodes?
More broadly, how did Sudan's war affect arms trafficking & mercenary networks in Chad & Libya?
