Dear Jio Team,
As a customer, I have two Important Suggestions:
- Most Indians have Wifi access. Senior Citizens use Wifi mostly. Please provide an affordable 1 GB per day plan with options to choose (28 days onwards). Also a yearly plan.
- Provide affordable Voice only plans for less than ₹100 every month. Anything above this is forcing people to take data, even if they don't need it.
There are many who use only voice and also less than 1 GB per day. Need inclusive plans. Let users decide.
Urging my audience to repost this (if you also feel this way) until @JioCare ACTUALLY Cares 👍

@TPLINK_INDIA My VIGI C540-4G isn't connecting to the Jio network. I verified the camera works by testing a Vi SIM (which connected immediately). How can I fix the Jio connectivity?
If a software engineer in Bangalore earns an annual package of ₹50 LPA, over the last five years, they would have paid approximately ₹30 lakhs in income tax.
Now, if they lose their job due to sudden layoffs, they receive nothing no freebies, no subsidies until they find another job.
In many developed countries, taxpayers have access to Social Security: if someone loses their job, they receive financial support or unemployment benefits until they are employed again.
India, despite being a large socialist-leaning nation, provides little to nothing for those who pay taxes.
Instead, the government continues distributing free electricity, water, bus travel, or schemes like Ladli Bahen, benefiting those who don’t contribute as much in taxes.
Sad reality of India.
@SamsungMobile help me understand what's going on with my S23 Ultra telephoto lens. I have never dropped it or used it without a case. Is this the build quality I should expect in a Samsung flagship device? I shouldn't have switched from @Apple 😥
In India, if a tax-paying employee gets laid off after contributing to the system for years, the government must ensure the following:
1. Unemployment allowance for at least 6 months
2. Loan moratorium for 6 months
3. Free access to healthcare facilities funded by Govt.
4. Protection of credit score during unemployment
5. Mental health & career counseling support
If you can collect taxes without fail, you better start protecting those who pay them. Enough of this one-sided exploitation.🙏

@help_delhivery Those packages were not canceled by me or the merchant. I think Delhivery is returning my packages for some reason without attempting delivery. It's not even reaching the nearest DC. Help me understand what is going on!!
What is going on @delhivery? Why are all of my recent orders from @amazonIN being returned? If you can't deliver to 689586, why are you accepting the orders?

Your customer support system doesn't work!
@NeonWhiteRabbit The "95% of Indian engineers can't program" stat is from a 2017 report about new graduates & their employability for basic software development, not a reflection of all engineers or current industry professionals. Plz avoid generalizations that can perpetuate harmful stereotypes.
Debt funds enjoyed huge taxation benefits. Debt funds slowly started becoming acceptable among retail investors. Suddenly last year, the government removed the entire tax benefits of debt funds.
STT was brought in lieu of capital gains tax. Now investors suffer both STT and capital gains tax.
Highest individual income tax slab has become 39%. I think it went upto 42%.
For an aspirational economy, GST rate of 28% is too high for cars and airconditioners.
BJP supporters like me expect you @narendramodi@nsitharaman to be tax payer friendly, more so, given the tax buoyancy.
Reward wealth creators by having peak income tax rate of not more than 30%.
Let all asset classes (including debt) have long term capital gains with lower tax rate and indexation benefits.
As Prime Minister rightly pointing out, never ever bring inheritance and wealth tax.
Reward tax buoyancy by being tax payer friendly.
Tax payers are the real minority in this country.
Kerala to levy a cess of ₹2 on petrol & diesel prices. They protest against the Centre's price hike at every opportunity, but pick people's pockets at will! Communism for you.
