This is a bad idea, and not good for humans.
The purpose of a mobile SIM is to provide network access. It should be associated with a paying wallet, NOT a human.
Binding human identity to a SIM means the mobile industry will continue to track every human wherever they roam.

The language we use to frame the problems we solve matters. Using imprecise language, or language where the terms mean different things to different people results in confusion about problems we are actually trying to solve.
