I need to ask a question that’s surely on everyone’s mind.
Why do managers in corporations live and die by:
“That’s how we’ve always done it”.
The way you’ve always done it is antiquated.
We can do the same thing in less time, with less resources.
Are we trying to improve the company or not? 🤷🏾♂️
Nope, not a chance.
I strongly believe we’re going to see property values stagnate in the long term.
This isn’t based on any complicated economic theory.
Just the fact that normal people won’t be able to afford a “normal” property, so the price is likely to remain static considering people can’t actually buy.
@PunchyMoney It’s more about working smart.
You have to be strategic and know what work will derive the most value.
Once you find it, you can then work hard in the right direction.
@LarkDavis It’s all about boring, consistent steps.
That’s why the majority actually miss it.
It contradicts the stories we see in the media so they tend not to believe it.
@Tim_Denning Really take a moment and ask yourself is this what I want?
If the answer is yes, fair enough. Continue on your current path.
If no, you need to plot an escape route before you climb so far that it scares you to look down.
@readswithravi Currently in this phase.
To be honest, the feeling of looking dumb wore off pretty quick.
After some time you realise no one is watching as hard as you think they are.
Especially when you’re just starting out and don’t have much of an audience.
